About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering attentive, polished service and taking pride in creating a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient service in a busy dining environment
Greet and assist guests, manage general floor flow and respond quickly to guest needs
Take accurate orders and process payments using a POS system
Run food and beverages, monitor tables, clear and reset efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised and safe service area (including stations and pass)
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to keep service moving smoothly
Support the team during peak periods, weekends and functions
Follow RSA requirements, venue procedures, and hygiene/food safety standards.

About you

Hospitality experience (at least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent) experience) as a Waiter/Waitress
Strong customer service skills and a calm, can-do attitude
Able to multitask, prioritise and work well as part of a team
Reliable, well-presented and punctual
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
RSA.
