Key responsibilities include menu planning, food costing, supervising kitchen staff, monitoring food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during lunch and dinner services.

Stella Blu is an established Italian restaurant located at Dee Why Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Operating since 1992, the restaurant provides modern Italian dining services including lunch and dinner service, group dining, takeaway, and home delivery.
Stella Blu offers a professional commercial kitchen environment specialising in Italian cuisine, including handmade pasta, seafood dishes, traditional Italian mains, pizzas, risotto, steaks, and house-made desserts. The restaurant operates six days per week and services a high volume of dine-in and takeaway customers.
