Store Manager

We are seeking a committed and experienced Store Manager At Johnny Gio’s Pizza Neutral Bay to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This full-time role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with strong retail management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating store operations.

Task & responsibilities

• Plan and control the store’s product range, monitor inventory levels, and ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained to support efficient retail operations.
• Develop and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing strategies to maximise sales performance and profitability.
• Coordinate and execute promotional and advertising activities to enhance brand presence and promote products and services.
• Lead retail sales activities by assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions to support effective store management and reporting.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the store’s budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved and operating costs are controlled.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and productive team aligned with business objectives. 
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. 

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience in store or retail management or in a senior supervisory role within a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies, with the ability to drive store performance. 
• Effective communication, leadership, and customer service skills to manage teams and enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrated capability in inventory control, stock management, and financial reporting.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Retail, Hospitality, or Business Management are desirable.
