We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue. The successful candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
Lead, train and supervise front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment
Monitor service standards and ensure guests receive a consistently high-quality dining experience
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery
Manage reservations, seating arrangements and customer enquiries
Oversee stock control and ordering of beverages and front-of-house supplies
Monitor financial performance, including daily takings, cost control and reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist with staff rostering and workforce planning
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager role (at least two years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and staff rostering
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
