EDS Support Australia is seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our dedicated team in Yungaburra. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

Task & responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to specific recipes and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
  • Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and food handling procedures.

Qualification & experience

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering environment.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent time management and communication skills.
