Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus

Collaborate with owners in developing the menu and creating new recipes

Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product
To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner experience is a must. Pastry skills would be a plus
Kitchen Crew- All Levels ($56,000 - $76,000)
