Located , Carlton 1710 Burwood Hwy, Belgrave VIC 3160, Bensons Café And Restaurant is currently seeking a qualified Full

Time Chef/Cook to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized,

and passionate. In order to qualify for the role, you must have the following :

Responsibilities:

● Performing all food preparation and cooking duties

● Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to work late till 10:00 pm and on weekends.

● Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

● Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service

● 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

● Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher

● Flexible availability

● Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

● Effective communication skills

● Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets

Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 plus super.
