Task & responsibilities

•    Managing daily restaurant operations

•    Recruiting, training and supervising staff

•    Managing budgets, stock control and supplier relationships

•    Ensuring high standards of customer service

•    Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints

•    Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and WHS laws

•    Monitoring financial performance and implementing improvement strategies

Qualification & experience

•    Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent

•    Minimum 1-2 years' of full time experience in restaurant management

•    Strong leadership and organisational skills

•    Excellent communication and customer service skills

•    Financial management and budgeting experience
