We are looking for a dedicated Cook to prepare and present meals according to our restaurant standards. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Chef and assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

Task & responsibilities

•    Preparing and cooking menu items

•    Assisting with food preparation and portion control

•    Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

•    Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering

•    Following food safety and WHS procedures

•    Supporting senior kitchen staff during busy service periods

Qualification & experience

•    AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

•    Minimum 1-2 years relevant full time work experience

•    Knowledge of food safety standards

•    Ability to work efficiently in a team

•    Strong time management skills
