Salary $ 76,515 - $90,000/Annum

Task & responsibilities

Front office and reception duties
Housekeeping supervision and hands-on cleaning
Monitoring general maintenance and gardening
Managing bookings (via a simple, user-friendly system)
Guest relations and conflict resolution
Sales, marketing, and business development (particularly in the corporate/trade sectors)
Maintaining high presentation standards of the property inside and out

Qualification & experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a motel environment- Preferred,
Diploma in Hospitality
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and train staff,
Proficiency in property management systems,
Confidence in cash handling and processing financial transactions,
Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships,
Impeccable professionalism, organisation, and time management skills,
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality,
Polished personal presentation and grooming standards,
A valid driver’s license (manual preferred but not essential)
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Australian Work Rights Required.

Availability to work at least 38 hours/week, as this role is a full-time permanent position. Work in person.
