Commercial Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and reliable commercial Housekeeper in a Full-time role to join our team at the Smiths Beach Resort. As a cleaner, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort.

Task & responsibilities

Task & Responsibilities

• Cleaning the interior of buildings and the immediate outside areas
• Sweeping, mopping and polishing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, and cleaning curtains and upholstered furniture
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Stripping and making beds, and changing bed linen
• Maintaining kitchens, washing dishes and cooking utensils, and cleaning appliances, cupboards, counters, pantries and floors
• Picking up rubbish, emptying garbage containers, and taking contents to waste areas for removal
• Ensuring that guest rooms and villas are correctly set up, cared for, and maintained to the highest standard.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Working as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the resort are kept clean and tidy.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Ensuring that all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-stocked and properly maintained.
