We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of food and presentation.</p><h3>🔥 About the Role</h3><p>As a Full-Time Chef at Ahmet’s, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard</li><li>Running and managing your section during busy service</li><li>Preparing ingredients and completing kitchen prep</li><li>Following recipes and maintaining food quality and presentation</li><li>Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services</li><li>Ensuring food is prepared and served within required timeframes</li><li>Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness</li><li>Stock rotation and helping monitor kitchen supplies</li><li>Minimising food waste and maintaining portion control</li><li>Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams</li><li>Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials where required</li><li>Helping with opening and closing kitchen duties</li><li>Maintaining an organised, clean and professional kitchen</li></ul>
